Hey there, I'm Farrah!
Farrah Reyna is a certified professional coach with more than two decades of coaching and mentoring clients through their personal and professional lives.
Her personal and professional life experiences led her to creating the Live Worthy University (LWU), an online coaching portal for people who want to stretch, learn, and grow in their personal and professional lives.
At the age of two-years-old, Farrah lost both of her parents. She was raised by her grandmother in a single-parent environment. When she was nine-years-old, the only father figure in her life was killed in a plane crash. Despite her difficult childhood, Farrah became a high-performer and vowed to become a success story.
Farrah graduated from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, debt-free after winning more than $65,000 in scholarships from the Miss Louisiana Scholarship Organization.
She went on to become a highly-recognizable prime time news anchor and an award-winning journalist. Farrah’s raised nearly $4M for nonprofit organizations during her career.
She worked in the tourism industry marketing one of the top tourist destinations in the South. Her most exciting project included developing a marketing campaign for “Une Rue Principale en Louisiane" (A Main Street in Louisiana), a community art project made solely of recycled Mardi Gras beads. The 48ft wide and 8ft tall piece was recognized by Guinness World Records for being the largest, hand-crafted, beaded mosaic in the world.
Farrah’s been successfully coaching individuals for two decades. Her clients’ achievements have landed them career opportunities in top 20 TV news markets and as producers with syndicated talk shows. Many of her clients are published book authors, award-winning filmmakers, popular bloggers, nonprofit directors, entrepreneurs, and c-level executives.
In 2019, Farrah focused on eliminating her 9-5 day job to become an entrepreneur after receiving her professional coaching certification from the Certified Life Coaching Institute, an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited institute.
After coaching clients as a side hustle for two decades, she decided to coach high performing individuals full-time as a Life Coach and Communications Expert.
In 2020, she launched “Let Your Ex Go”, a coaching program for women and men recovering from a divorce or breakup.
Farrah’s the producer and host of the Live Worthy Life Lessons blog and podcast, a personal growth platform that offers tips on how to navigate life’s ups and downs.
